Using the Gohyaku Mangoku premium rice ingredient, and gently polishing off 50%+ only to use its most flavorful pearly core, Kikusui Junmai Ginjyo Sake is fermented at a low temperature for an extended period of time. The result is extraordinary - Sake with extremely abundant aroma and a light, cheerful palate. Serve chilled, at room temperature or on the rocks to fully experience its dry, clear flavor.
