Made from selected Kogane-Sengan sweet potatoes, specially harvested in Kagoshima prefecture, traditional Kuro-Koji (black yeast) and pure, deep sea water. Retains hints of the earth and sea from which it came. "Iwai no aka" literally means 'celebratory red'. Come celebrate its savory and subtle sweetness combined with a sweet potato finish. |
